UPS GROUND Shipping Transit Times:

Transit times are based on full business days.  

All shipping promotions, such as free shipping over a certain amount are restricted to continental United States.  Such promotions do not apply to any other locations outside the continental United States. Free shipping promotions only apply to UPS Ground or USPS shipments, any other types of shipping will be billed to you.

Price Guarantee
Classic Kids Boutique guarantees that you will not find the same product anywhere else for a lower price.  If you do, Classic Kids will match that price and give you a 5% discount off of the matched price.  Our guarantee applies to other retailer's regular retail pricing only, not sale items or other promotions [email protected] After we confirm our Price Guarantee applies, we will send you a Price Match coupon code that you can use at checkout to get the matched price, plus 5% discount.  Not valid on previous purchases or prior year items.

Sale Items & Coupons Code Discounts
Coupons and Sale Discounts are not valid on previous purchases.  Discount coupon codes are redeemed at time of checkout by typing in the coupon code for the specified promotion or discount. Coupons are not available on sale items, unless otherwise stated. Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional offers, unless otherwise stated. Coupons and Sale Discounts  can expire at any time.

Pre-Orders
All pre-oreders will ship within 30 days of shipping date specified on order page.  At time of order your credit card will be charged for the full amount shown on the order screen plus associated shipping charges.  If for reasons beyond our control, we cannot ship your coat within 30 days of the shipping date specified, we will refund your money in full including shipping charges.  All pre-orders carry the same return policy as traditional orders.

Special Orders
All special orders are final sale. We cannot accept returns for any special orders.  All special oreders will ship within 30 days of purchase.  At time of order your credit card will be charged for the full amount shown on the order screen plus associated shipping charges.  If for reasons beyond our control, we cannot ship your coat within 30 days, we will credit you back the full amount of the sale back to your credit card including shipping charges. 

Returns & Exchanges
You may return your purchase within seven days after receipt of the merchandise and receive a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by completing the form on the Contact page. You must indicate your order number, which is at the top of your receipt and the reason for returning the merchandise. 

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at the address we supply via UPS or FedEx. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the merchandise, so you should take out enough insurance to cover the value. The item must be packed in all of the original packaging.  Please be sure to make a copy of your receipt and include it in the package.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, with any tags or original packaging.  If it is determined the item has been used and is not in saleable condition, we reserve the right to return the item to you and not refund your money. For all returns or order cancellations, your refund will be paid in 30-60 days after receipt of returned merchandise or notice of cancellation and determination if our return policy has been met.

Any goods returned for an exchange with another product will adhere to the same return policy.  If you are exchanging an item you must buy for the cost of shipping the item back to us and for the cost of shipping to receive the new item from us.
